- Ear to Ear - Place measuring tape just above ear where hair growth begins and over the crown (6½ to 6¾ from front hairline) to opposite ear where hair growth begins.
- Front to Back - Measure from the front hairline, over the top of the head to the nape (occipital bone).
- Circumference - Measure from the front hairline, to above an ear, to the nape, to above opposite ear and back to front hairline.
