Exchanges
Items may be returned for an in-store credit only.
Exchanges are subject to a 10% restocking and processing fee which will not exceed $15.00.
A credit will be issued to your wigsplendor.com account which can be applied toward an exchange
or future purchase. Clearance and Closeout items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange.
Wigsplendor.com sells only new wigs and hairpieces direct from HairUWear™.
None are used or pre-worn. Wigs or hairpieces returned for credit
must be in the original condition as received. All tags must be intact and
the wig or piece must not have been worn. If the item has been combed or brushed
or has any haircare product applied, the item will not be accepted.
The item will be returned to you at your cost. Request for return
must be within 5 business days of receipt of order. Any unauthorized returns will be
refused.

Merchandise must be received within 10 business days of the Return Authorization.
You will be notified of your RA number via email.
Return freight charges are pre-paid by the customer.
